Dennis Gogarty is the President of Raffa Wealth Management, LLC (RWM). Dennis launched his investment advisory career with Raffa Financial Services in 2002 and co-founded Raffa Wealth Management in 2005. He has served as the firm’s president and lead investment advisor ever since. Under his direction, RWM has grown to provide management and consulting services for more than $1 Billion in assets, including more than 49 membership associations (as of 01/15/2018). 

A focus of Dennis’ career has been promoting the need for increased investment education and transparency in the nonprofit sector. He speaks regularly in support of association executives as they look to understand and meet their investment oversight or fiduciary responsibility.

Kate deLacy is RWM’s Director of Communications.   Kate’s financial career began with Cambridge Associates, LLC where she worked as an Investment Operations Analyst and then as Assistant Manager of Operations. In her role as Assistant Manager of Operations, Kate managed a team of over 20 professionals, overseeing the completion of cyclical reporting and supporting long-term strategic initiatives for the firm.

Kate graduated from George Mason University with a Bachelor of Arts in Organizational Communication.
