Bill McCoy was named executive director at the International Digital Publishing Forum, Seattle. McCoy most recently served as digital publishing GM at Adobe Systems and has served two terms on the IDPF board. Details: www.openebook.org.

Randall Rothenberg, CEO of the Interactive Advertising Bureau, New York since 2007, will leave IAB to join Time Inc. A search for the new CEO has begun. Patrick Dolan, recently promoted to COO, will lead the association in the interim, assisted by David Doty, who was promoted to marketing officer. Details: www.iab.net.

Ann Marie Cumming, from media consultant to communications VP, National Association of Broadcasters, Washington. After serving on the staff of Sen. Patrick Leahy (D-VT), Cumming joined NAB's government relations team in 1994. She was later promoted to director, media relations, and in recent years, has been serving as a media consultant to the association. Details: www.nab.org.

Andi Sporkin to communications VP, a newly created position, at Association of American Publishers, Washington, effective Feb. 9. She was a communications VP at National Public Radio, and headed communications at CBS for 13 years. Details: www.publishers.org.
