TRENDS has planned an interactive training session based on the findings of our first Finance Survey (see "2010 Finance Survey: Highlights from a first-time report by Association TRENDS" 12/16/10). The event will cover key trends, such as salaries and purchasing, and potential new sources of nondues revenue.
The first “TRENDS Annual Finance Review: Practical Guidance for Associations & Nonprofits” will be 8-10am April 29 in Washington, and will feature moderator Seth Kahan and a panel of expert finance professionals in the association community. Kahan is a change leadership expert, bestselling author, and a speaker and consultant. His executive client list includes more than 20 association executive directors. Kahan writes regularly for Fast Company and other management-oriented publications.
The session is open to sr. professionals in the association and nonprofit community, such as CFOs, sr. finance executives, COOs, chief staff executives, office managers and board members.
