Philip S. Carmichael is the new president of IPC China, a division of IPC – Association Connecting Electronics Industries, Bannockburn, Ill. He will relocate to there in January. Carmichael has served in five Fortune 500 companies since 1983. In his most recent positions, Carmichael served as CEO of Unisteel Technologies; president of the Asia Pacific subsidiary of Haier Group; chairman of Asia Pacific and corporate VP of Lexmark; and corporate VP and regional director for China, Taiwan, Korea and Hong Kong for Rockwell International.
