Jennifer Montgomery is the first full-time executive director of the Nebraska Winery and Grape Growers Association. She was grassroots and political affairs director for WineAmerica, Washington. Earlier, she worked for the Lindl Corp., a public relations and lobbying firm in Richmond, Va., was the media coordinator for the Richmond Association of Realtors and also a reporter for the Roanoke Times and World News. La Dawn Anderst is the new CEO of the Idaho Association of REALTORS, Boise. She has worked for IAR for 22 years in such roles as education director, membership services director, convention coordinator, director of operations, and the interim CEO.
