Mark Chandler is the new executive director of WineAmerica, Washington, the national organization of American wineries. He was executive director of the Lodi-Woodbridge Winegrape Commission for 20 years before starting his own consulting business a year ago. Details: www.wineamerica.org.

James H. Scully Jr., M.D., will retire as CEO of the American Psychiatric Association, Arlington, Va., at the end of the year. A search for a successor has started. Details: www.psych.org.
Executive director Bruce A. Ramirez will retire from the Council for Exceptional Children, Arlington, Va., effective June 30. Ramirez has served as chief staff executive since 2005. He began his 37-year career at the council in governmental relations and eventually became deputy executive director. The CEC board will begin a national search for a successor. Longtime Pennsylvania Credit Union Association CEO Jim McCormack will retire on Dec. 31 but will remain as a consultant to the board through November 2014. Credit union consulting firm Dollar Associates, Birmingham, Ala., is assisting in the search for a successor. Details: www.pcua.coop.
