Carol Williams-Nickelson was named executive director of the National Council for Interior Design Qualification, Washington. She was executive director of the American Medical Student Association and Foundation, Sterling, Va. Earlier she was associate executive director of APAGS/American Psychological Association. Terry Penza is the new CEO of the Realtor Association of Greater Fort Myers (Fla.) and the Beach. Penza succeeds Peggy Hummel, who resigned in September. Penza was CEO of the North Shore-Barrington (Ill.) Association of Realtors. In November, the National Association of Realtors presented Penza with its William R.
