Ronna Sable Weber will be the new executive director of the National School Transportation Association, Alexandria, Va., effective June 26, 2012. Weber was most recently the U.S. export control officer for Alstom Power. She had been senior associate with Prime Policy Group and worked with NSTA for over 12 years, concentrating on legislative and regulatory affairs. Maj. Gen. Robert S. Dickman, U.S. Air Force-Ret., is retiring after eight years as executive director of American Institute of Aeronautics and Astronautics, Washington. AIAA hired Korn/Ferry International to assist in the search, which is expected to be completed by October. Details: click here.
Fred Campbell resigned as CEO of Wireless Communications Association International to take a job in the telecommunications industry. Campbell became head of WCAI in 2008 after a serving as the head of the FCC's wireless bureau for two years. Details: www.wcai.org.
