New executive director at Bank Insurance and Securities Association
Comes from another banking group; BISA tapped SmithBucklin for management
James McNeil is the new executive director of Bank Insurance and Securities Association, Washington. The association's headquarters will be in the SmithBucklin DC office.
McNeil recently left Bank Administration Institute, Chicago, where he was COO, and previously was director of content development and delivery. Before BAI, McNeil was COO at Times Mirror, and sr. VP of Probus Publishing.
