More than 50 percent of survey respondents in the mid- and high budget ranges expected to receive bonuses this year, according to the TRENDS Financial & Operational Excellence (FOX) Survey 2012. Not quite 40 percent in both groups reported no bonuses this year. For those executives whose associations have budgets of less than $2 million, fewer than 40 percent expect a bonus, while more than 50 percent report no bonus.
