Association executives largely believe compensation will increase (61 percent), according to the TRENDS Finance & Operations Survey 2012. About 38 percent believe compensation will stay the same. Of COOs/CFOs who took the survey, 71 percent expected an increase in compensation vs. 61 percent of CEOs.
