Men lead women in median compensation for associations and nonprofits by budget size, according to the recently released 2012 Guidestar Compensation Report. In budget size of $250,000 or less, male executive median salary is $47,214, compared to $42,000 for women. At budgets greater than $50 million, the median for men is $444,276, compared to $356,011 for women. Details: www.guidestar.org.
