Aircraft Owners and Pilots Association, Frederick, Md., released a new mobile application for the iPhone today that provides airport information, aviation weather, and flight planning capability, free to AOPA members. Capitol St., NW, Washington, also known as the Hall of the States Building, just a few blocks from the U.S. Capitol.
