Aircraft Owners and Pilots Association,
Frederick, Md., released a new mobile application for the iPhone today that provides airport information, aviation weather, and flight planning capability, free to AOPA members.  The new app, AOPA FlyQ, replaces the AOPA Airports app and is now available for download through Apple's App Store. The annual ASAE Foundation Golf and Tennis Invitational at Lansdowne (Va.) Resort will be May 4. It's a Virginia Green certified event, and ASAE plans to calculate the impact by greening it. Results will be announced in the week of May 7. Details: www.asaecenter.org.

Hyatt Regency Louisville (Ky.) completed a $5.8 million renovation, including to its 9,280-sq. ft. ballroom. The hotel features 393 guestrooms and suites, and more than 20,000 sq ft. of function space.

West, Lane & Schlager Realty Advisors, Washington, negotiated on behalf of the State Services Organization a 237,848-sq. ft., 15-year lease at 400-444 N. Capitol St., NW, Washington, also known as the Hall of the States Building, just a few blocks from the U.S. Capitol.
