 - Stephanie is the author of five books on effective advocacy and influence, including the recently released The Influence Game, from Wiley publishing and The Advocacy Handbook, from Columbia Books.  As a 25-year Washington, D.C. veteran she’s worked on Capitol Hill as a Legislative and Staff Director, as a lobbyist for National Public Radio and as a consultant and advocacy trainer for a wide range of organizations, such as the Humane Society of the United States, the American Medical Association and the National Association of Realtors.  She holds a Master’s Degree in Legislative Affairs from George Washington University and a Master’s Degree in Liberal Studies from Georgetown University.

Shuan Tomlinson, State Health Policy Analyst, American College of Physicians- Shuan Tomlinson is Senior Analyst for State Health Policy and Grassroots at the American College of Physicians (ACP).  Her duties at ACP include working with ACP chapters on state health policy, grassroots, and the national Leadership Day on Capitol Hill.When Shuan is not working, she is busy chauffeuring her 15 year old daughter to her many soccer, school band, and track and field events.
