Lobbyists organization wants to eliminate exemptions for religious groups

American League of Lobbyists says it's time to treat lobbyists for state and local government entities as well as religious groups the same as other lobbyists. The group also wants lobbying restrictions to apply equally to 'nonregistered' lobbyists among its six recommendations.
