Pam Inman, IOM, CAE, CHMS, is the new president of NTA, formerly the National Tour Association. She succeeds Lisa Simon, who left in November. Simon headed the organization for seven years and worked in it for 28 years. Inman has worked at the American Hotel and Lodging Association for the past 10 years, most recently as COO. Earlier she worked at the Tennessee Hotel and Lodging Association, Nashville (Tenn.) Hotel and Lodging Association and the Tennessee Tourist Development Department. She had executive positions under two Tennessee governors.
Chris Strong from marketing and member services SVP, to conventions and membership SVP, National Business Aviation Association. Kathleen Blouin stepped down as conventions and forums SVP on June 30. She had been at the association for 22 years.
