Making content relevant and personalized is an essential part of an association’s strategy to increase member engagement.
After years of working in the association space, Andy Steggles now heads Higher Logic, one of the best-known suppliers to associations. He also is the TRENDS 2015 Partner of the Year. Steggles will be honored at the TRENDS Salute to Association Excellence, Feb. 6 in Washington.
