Thomas D.D. Graff, CFA
Tom Graff, CFA is a Partner of Brown Advisory and Head of Fixed Income. He primarily concentrates on the management and analysis of taxable bond portfolios, including macroeconomic analysis. He is the manager of the firm’s Strategic Bond Fund. Prior to joining Brown Advisory, Mr. Graff was a Managing Director at Cavanaugh Capital Management. In that role he served as a Portfolio Manager and was responsible for trading, analysis and management of taxable fixed income portfolios. Mr. Graff is the author of the Compound Interest series available on the Brown Advisory website. He is also a freelance writer for, offering weekly insight into various fixed income and macroeconomic optics. Mr. Graff is a CFA charterholder and has been in the investment business since 1999. Mr. Graff has a B.A. from Loyola University.
