Andrea Knotts Bona, ICBA - Ms. Bona launched One Orange Feather and is currently Vice President of Marketing at ICBA.  Known for her leadership and collaboration skills, she has 20 years of experience in multi-channel marketing, branding and digital engagement, content development and publishing. As a member of ASAE, Ms. Bona is an active contributor to the Consultant, Marketing and Executive Management discussion groups. Leveraging her strategic knowledge of digital marketing, Ms. Bona frequently contributes digital marketing and technology articles to magazines and marketing blogs. Prior to launching One Orange Feather, Ms. Bona was Vice President of Strategic Marketing for the Mortgage Bankers Association, where she spearheaded corporate branding and marketing strategy. Ms. Bona has a BA in Communications and Sociology from James Madison University.

Dana O. Lynch, Partner, Whiteford Taylor Preston - Dana has years of experience representing clients in connection with U.S. and foreign trademark matters, including management of international trademark portfolios consisting of trademarks registered or pending in over 50 countries.  She is also an intellectual property expert, having conducted countless IP audits and drafted numerous internal and external IP protection and management policies.  Dana earned her B.S. at Towson University, and subsequently her J.D. from the University of Baltimore School of Law.

Andrew Roscoe, One Orange Feather - Mr. Roscoe is Managing Partner at One Orange Feather, a firm specializing in providing marketing and management solutions to the trade association, technology and government sectors, including branding, Web design, multi-channel marketing and integrated campaigns. He provides leadership in the association industry through his research on digital marketing and he is a member of ASAE's Research Committee and Trade Shows Research Sub-Committee. He has experience in executive operations, corporate process, marketing, strategic planning, market research, economic analysis and IT management. Mr. Roscoe's previous positions include Executive Director, Corporate Operations at Technologists, Inc., CEO, Roscoe Consulting, Chairman and CEO of O2 Wireless Solutions, and Chairman and CEO of The Strategis Group. He has a BA in International Affairs and MA Economics from GWU.
