Mastering Membership Pricing:
Strategies for Optimizing Your Dues Structure
Recorded on January 20, 2015

Is your dues structure still working for your organization?  It might not be, especially as today’s increasingly diverse members are defining “value” in so many different ways.

So, can you tell if your membership pricing is still working—or what might work better?  And how can you go about making changes without making mistakes that undercut your organization’s image and trigger a steep membership decline?

You start with what’s working best for organizations like yours. Then, you use best practices to customize and communicate your own best pricing structure. Here’s how to do it:

In this webinar, reap insights from the American Alliance of Museums, Craft & Hobby Association and the Commercial Finance Association—organizations that have successfully changed their dues structures and benefits allocations. From lifting caps to creating new membership categories to accommodate new types of members, you’ll discover what happened when these associations adjusted their membership dues.

Use new pricing to drive new growth.   You’ll learn best practices for creating your own best pricing structure and how to win member buy-in by presenting the new structure as part of an even stronger value proposition.  You’ll also have the chance to ask your own questions during the Q&A portion of the webinar.
