In this 90-minute webinar, two Covington & Burling experts alert you to the compliance challenges raised by the OGE’s new executive branch gift rules and President Trump’s Executive Order on ethics. From what gifts are permissible, to the situations in which even permissible gifts are to be declined, you’ll be able to certify that you are familiar with the rules when you file LD-203 semi-annual contribution reports.

How to handle real-world scenarios.  Step by step, Robert Lenhard and Angelle Smith Baugh will provide practical examples of exactly how the new rules and Executive Order affect gifts and travel. You’ll also learn how to avoid mistakes that could have devastating legal and public relations ramifications. Plus, you’ll have the chance to ask your own questions during the Q&A portion of the webinar.
