Recorded on May 21, 2015

Can the way your association selects, designs and builds-out office space become a strategic tool for advancing your mission?

The fact is it can!  New office space design trends can do more than enhance productivity and communication. They can also improve employee satisfaction, interaction and your culture. And in an era where so many staffers are telecommuting and working remotely, a strong culture makes all the difference in achieving your organization’s purpose.

Even so, there are right ways and wrong ways to rethink office space design. Now, here’s how to use lessons learned from three case studies to optimize your own successful redesign.

In this 90-minute webinar, you’ll learn how to use office design as a strategic tool for shaping organizational culture. Your guides are executives from three different organizations: a scientific membership society, an association management company and an association technology services company. They’ll share lessons learned about office selection, design and the build-out process that can save you time, money and effort in achieving your own successful redesign.

Meeting the needs of employees and your association.  Each of the organizations took a different direction with office design, so you’ll gain broad-based insights into all aspects of redesign, including how to engage employees in the process while being sure to meet the needs—and goals—of the association as a whole. You’ll also see how each factored telecommuting and remote working into decisions about open spaces, private offices and more. Plus, you’ll have the chance to ask your own questions during the Q&A portion of the webinar.

Reserve your space now to learn the secrets of success for using office space design to strengthen your culture and advance your mission, including:
