Brian J. Glade, SPHR, GPHR, Managing Director, Global Strategy and the Americas, AESC
Brian Glade is the Managing Director of Global Strategy and the Americas at the Association of Executive Search Consultants (AESC). In this role he is responsible for membership in North, Central, and South America. Prior to joining AESC in May 2011, Brian led global programs for the Society for Human Resource Management (SHRM). Brian was responsible for educating the Society’s constituents on global human resource management issues; providing guidance in the globalization of SHRM members, products, and services; and representing the Society and the profession abroad. Brian established SHRM offices in Beijing and Mumbai. Prior to SHRM, Brian worked at Texaco Inc. as International Human Resources Advisor and at the United States Council for International Business as Vice President for International Labor Affairs. Brian is a certified Senior Professional in Human Resources (SPHR) and a certified Global Professional in Human Resources (GPHR). Brian earned his M.A. in International Affairs from Johns Hopkins University.

Jim Zaniello, President, Vetted Solutions
Jim Zaniello is president and founder of Vetted Solutions, a specialist executive search firm focused on association and nonprofit recruiting and consulting. Zaniello possesses a unique understanding of the executive search process, developed through over 25 years of recruiting and association experience. Prior to founding this, Zaniello spent 10 years conducting searches at a leading Washington, D.C.-area executive search firm focused exclusively on associations and nonprofits, where he successfully filled hundreds of executive-level nonprofit positions. As a senior executive with association management giant SmithBucklin, he served as executive director of several associations. Zaniello is an active member of ASAE, and received his B.A. from St. Bonaventure University. He also completed graduate-level coursework in association management at The George Washington University.

David P. Goch, Partner, Webster Chamberlain & Bean LLP
David Goch is a partner with Webster Chamberlain & Bean LLP and has represented numerous clients before the US Congress on a wide range of issues. Mr. Goch also oversees the firm's state charitable solicitation registration program. Mr. Goch participates in standards writing efforts with the American National Standards Institute and through the International Standards Organization ("ISO") as a US delegate for manufactured goods. His teaching and lecturing experience includes presentations before numerous associations and at the U.S. Chamber of Commerce "Institute" program at, among others: Stanford University, UCLA, University of Arizona, and the University of Georgia. His practice areas include all aspects of nonprofit law including: corporate, tax, antitrust, intellectual property, standards and certification, employment matters, and government relations, Trade and Professional Associations; Nonprofit and Charitable Organizations; and Government Relations.
