WHAT YOU'LL LEARN      MEET YOUR TRAINING TEAM     WHO SHOULD ATTEND     CAE INFORMATION

For some associations, eLearning is proving to be a surprisingly effective way to increase member engagement and non-dues revenues.  For other associations, eLearning has been a disaster.  Even when members have valued the content, a difficult start-up process and poor business models have siphoned off so much time and money the effort simply can’t be sustained.

What makes the difference? And what are the practical steps for creating—or revamping—an eLearning program that’s right for your members, your mission and the business side of your association?

Start with six simple steps you can learn in just 90 minutes!

Register now for The Business of eLearning: Creating Value for Members and Your Association.

In this webinar, you’ll learn the secrets to eLearning success from two experts: Tom Morrison, a veteran association executive, and Jack McGrath, an expert in the eLearning field. They offer you a six-step process for how to find, create and sell content online through a high-value eLearning program that can be delivered effectively to members and managed profitably—even by a very small association staff.

Turn continuing education into continuing revenues. In addition to the overall eLearning business model, you’ll learn best practices for reusing old content to make it appear new and exciting, how to use certificates to enhance your program, and the metrics to use for setting the right price structures. Plus, you’ll have the chance to ask your own questions during the Q&A portion of the webinar.

Reserve your space now to master techniques you can use immediately to create or update your eLearning program by following these six steps to success:

  1. Design a lucrative business model for eLearning
  2. Create, source and sell content online
  3. Build a “hands-free” program that even small staffs can manage
  4. Repurpose old content to be new and fresh for members
  5. Create certificate programs to drive sales
  6. Set pricing structures that allow you to own the market
