An overwhelming majority of association executives expect to remain employed by their current organization in the next six months, according to the TRENDS 2014 Spring Association PULSE Report. Only 2 percent are not at all confident about this, compared to 5 percent a year ago. When including executives who are only somewhat confident they will keep their jobs, the number is still only 13.5 percent. This could be explained by a number of different factors, such as increased revenues, higher optimism about the economy, and the lowest unemployment rate in years.
