improving email open rates or Facebook Page engagement. Broken down, 65 percent of communications staff feel directly responsible, 31 percent feel somewhat responsible, and 4 percent do not feel responsible. For executive directors, 64 percent feel directly responsible, 29 percent feel somewhat responsible, and 7 percent do not feel responsible. Of development staff only 44 percent feel directly responsible.
