In this one-hour webinar, eThink’s Randy Jones uses his expertise with educational technology, content and virtual course solutions to zero in on four trends that give your professional learning program the shortest path to the future—and to sustained success.

How to move the needle on professional learning.  You’ll discover how to align your current program with key trends that target expert consultation, interactivity, a learning culture and a service-based model. Plus, you’ll have the chance to ask your own questions during the Q&A portion of the webinar.

Reserve your space now for expert guidance on four trends you can embrace today to keep your learning program relevant and thriving.  You’ll gain valuable insights into these success-shaping trends:

  • The increasing need for consultation services—and how to harness this trend to build “best-of-breed” learning tools that cut through the saturated learning and development market.
  • Engagement through interactivity — trading passive training for programs that spark collaboration, networking and resource sharing.

  • Building a culture of learning. Learn how to integrate onboarding, initial training and day-to-day learning to support—and motivate—skill and career development.

  • The importance of a service-heavy model. Discover how to support all learning needs more efficiently and effectively by incorporating the right service providers, content, systems and reporting.

When you come away from this webinar, you won’t feel overwhelmed by all today’s newest learning technologies, trends and strategies. Instead, you’ll know how to focus on the four trends that can have the biggest impact on the long-term success of your professional learning programs.
