This analysis is based on 840 reviews collected by ReviewMyAMS from December 2013 to April 2018. To add additional context for analysis, Association TRENDS appended demographic data sources from its AT Insight platform. Association TRENDS also employed a series of machine learning and natural language processing techniques to dive deep into the review data and bring insights to the surface.
