Claire’s approach to strategic communications and brand positioning marries measurable, data-driven techniques and an ability to uncover insights and trends in qualitative market listening. Claire is the Director of Marketing at Hum, a data intelligence platform for professional associations and member organizations. Claire honed her approach to brand strategy at the VCU Brandcenter in Richmond, VA, where she earned a master’s degree in Communication Strategy.

Liz Heinberg, Cofounder and Chief Product Officer for Hum, is a product marketing and startup growth expert. She has led brand strategy and architecture projects for B2B SaaS platforms and CPG companies alike. She has experience working with small businesses, nonprofits and Fortune 500 companies. Liz has a particular affinity for startups and the technology space, and has been on the founding team of several technology startups. Liz is the Co-Founder and Chief Product Officer at Hum, a data intelligence platform for professional associations and member organizations. Liz holds degrees from Yale University and the VCU Brandcenter and brings a strong background in brand management and marketing strategy to the table, as well as an empathetic appreciation for the business goals associated with creative projects.
