Her career has had a distinctly international flavor. Working first at Alitalia Airlines, Janice rose through the ranks in HR roles with an American multinational (now CNH) and a UK financial services firm.
 
She went on to found the UK consultancy, The Scala Group. Through high-profile projects with international organizations, and her books on talent management and coaching, she has developed her reputation as a thought-leader in these fields.
 
Janice also works in collaboration with the US leadership development and assessment firm, Pinsight Inc, with Latam Business School in Mexico City, and is part of the ACE Network of Europe. 

Janice speaks fluent Italian and French and good Spanish. She has a Master’s degree in HRM, an Hon. MBA and was awarded special recognition by CIPD, the UK’s professional HR institute for her contribution to the HR field.
