What negotiation techniques should you expect? What tactics of your own can make the difference? What contracting essentials must you master? Can your RFP give you an advantage in negotiations? And how does today’s new business environment affect the way you work with hotels?

Let one of the industry’s leading meeting planners give you answers that can make all the difference to the quality—and affordability—of your events.
