The membership welcome kit provides the key information new members of HAI need to become engaged with the organization and to achieve an immediate sense of belonging. The welcome kit is the complete package because it not only provides the usual information, but HAI has brilliantly combined a tangible welcome kit with the extension of online and mobile resources including, members receive educational materials highlighting safety topics, a DVD showcasing women in helicopters, an HAI pin, personalized plaque, \u201cMember of HAI\u201d padfolio, and two items related to their new app, HAI Mobile \u2014 an elegant stylus and a mobile screen cleaner with a QR code. HAI clearly understands their audience and how to best communicate with them. The content is easily accessible. Overall, the HAI New Member Kit welcomes new members with excitement and in style. Very clever.
