    Association leader Greg Fine to CEO at CCIM Institute

    Gregory J. Fine, FASAE, CAE, will become CEO of CCIM Institute, effective Feb. 1. He succeeds Walter S. Clements, who is now president of a realty company. CCIM Institute represents the commercial real estate industry.

    Fine has been CEO of Turnaround Management Association. Earlier he was marketing and communications VP for the Association for Corporate Growth, communications and marketing director for Association Forum of Chicagoland, membership VP for Word of Mouth Marketing Association, and membership and communications director for BICSI, which represents the information technology systems industry.

    He is an active volunteer in the association space. Fine is an ASAE board member, and is a member of the DigitalNow Advisory Group. He is a past president and board member of Association Media & Publishing.

    Fine is an ASAE Fellow and a past TRENDS Young & Aspiring Association Professional, as well as a contributor. He earned a B.A. in political science at the University of Montana.

    Celebrating its 50th anniversary, CCIM Institute has 50 staff and $12.3 million in total revenue, according to AssociationExecs.com.
