Brianna Gianti has been a leader in membership sales, marketing and operations for more than a decade. Since 2003, Brianna has led a number of leading non-profits and associations to build top-tier membership and marketing programs by combining innovative results-oriented execution with inspirational leadership. She has transformed multiple associations including: The National Association of Manufacturers (NAM), Solar Energy Industry Association (SEIA), National Cooperative Business Association (NCBA), National Association of EHS Management (NAEM), and many more!

Most recently Brianna served as the Vice President of Membership with the Recycled Materials Association (ReMA). In this capacity, she shattered revenue records by leading the association’s largest new member and renewal growth since 2013 and spearheaded a complete strategic revamp of their membership and marketing program. Brianna holds a B.A. in Communications-Public Relations with Susquehanna University.
