Dustin Perchal,
Director, Advocacy Engagement & Mobilization - ALS Association
Dustin Perchal is a government relations and grassroots campaigns professional based in Arlington, VA. A Nebraska native, he holds a bachelor's degree in political science and international studies from the University of Nebraska–Lincoln and a master’s in political management from George Washington University. Since 2007, Dustin has led advocacy efforts across health and disability rights organizations. He managed state and federal grassroots campaigns at the American Cancer Society Cancer Action Network, built a national grassroots network at the Amputee Coalition, and now serves as Director of Advocacy Engagement & Mobilization at the ALS Association, empowering advocates to advance laws and to make ALS livable and cure it.

As Director, Business Development, Jerome Cheung takes the lead on delivering Stratcom’s fundraising consultancy services and advising clients on integrating digital, phone and text fundraising campaigns. An accomplished senior fundraiser, Jerome has worked with over 50 charities in multiple countries to raise over $100 million in monthly donations. Prior to Stratcom, Jerome worked for ten years in face-to-face and phone fundraising with Public Outreach in Canada and the US. At National Democratic Institute, Jerome worked on election observation, political party support and candidate debates. This background in civic participation, advocacy and sustainable development provides Jerome with a deep understanding of civil society practices, needs and institutions.

Director - Care2
Claire Kerr is a nonprofit veteran who has worked for organizations in economic development, education, and fundraising sectors. At Care2, she works with charities, nonprofits and political action groups as they use digital channels to acquire new supporters. She has presented online, social & mobile fundraising best practices at conferences around the world and also teaches ‘Digital Strategies for Nonprofit Organizations’ at George Brown College in Toronto.
