Biography: Jamie oversees a team of technical experts and is responsible for the technology that supports the staff and members of the Investments & Wealth Institute. She works with stakeholders and vendors to ensure the organization’s success now and in the future. Specifically, she:
• Oversees day-to-day technology operations in the Greenwood Village, CO, headquarters office, as well as makes sure the Institute’s hybrid and remote workers have what they need to be successful
• Consults with business units on technology needs, now and in the future
• Leads a multi-year project to update internal platforms and processes including (but not limited to) events management, certification management, membership management, and member dashboard, and
• Stays on top of emerging technologies and their applications within the organization.
• Focuses the IT team and vendors on improving our member’s interactions with the organization through technology.
Jamie has more than 20 years of experience in IT, e-learning, and website management. She has worked with notable companies such as SAFECO Insurance, Accenture, and Archstone prior to joining the Institute. She has a Bachelor of Arts degree in Psychology and a Master of Arts degree in Information and Learning Technologies, both from the University of Colorado. Jamie has also earned her ITIL 4 Foundation level and ITIL 4 Strategist level certifications from AXELOS Global Best Practices.

Biography: Wes Trochlil, president of Effective Database Management, is an award-winning consultant, and the most published author on data management in the association market. For over 35 years, Wes has worked in and with over 250 associations, non-profits, and membership organizations throughout the US, Canada, Europe, and Australia. Wes helps organizations select and implement data management systems, advises clients on how to use the database and data for improved marketing and communications, all while advancing the organization’s mission.

Biography: Natasha Rocheleau is a seasoned association professional with over 25 years of expertise in association management, membership program development, and office operations. She has implemented multiple member-focused software systems, including Salesforce-based platforms, and excels in optimizing training and operational efficiency. Natasha is currently serving as the Director of Member Engagement for the Air Traffic Control Association (ATCA) but spent 27 years as the Director of Data Operations at the Society of American Military Engineers (SAME) where she successfully managed three AMS transitions; led all aspects of membership management, including recruitment, retention, and communication; and handled operational issues for the SAME National Office. Natasha holds a BS in Civil and Environmental Engineering from Cornell University.

Biography: Moira Edwards is the President of Ellipsis Partners and focuses on the impact of technology on organizational strategy. Ellipsis Partners works exclusively with associations and non-profits on technology assessment, digital strategy, and system selection and implementation. Moira joined Ellipsis Partners after 15 years as an association leader and staffer. She volunteers with ASAE and is a co-founder of AWTC, Association Women Technology Champions. Hailing from Dublin, Ireland, she holds a BA in Business & Economics, an MS in Psychology, and is a Certified Association Executive (CAE).
