Individual contacts can be critical in carrying your advocacy message and raising PAC funds. High-performing organizations can carry it even further: empowering small teams of volunteers to engage and lead their peers.

It has always been a challenge to manage these volunteers. Traditional supervisor-employee dynamics don’t apply. Plus, today’s highly virtual environment means your team’s success depends on all-new standards for autonomy, accountability and communications.

This is no time for guesswork. Let an advocacy show you today’s best practices for keeping your volunteer teams strong, motivated and influential.
