As an auditor of these organizations, she often sees overly complicated, written controls that don’t fit the realities of day-to-day operations. She enjoys providing guidance to finance leaders on how to customize controls in an evolving IT/remote environment while satisfying compliance and maintaining their effectiveness. She also has several years of experience providing internal training maximizing employee performance by identifying training needs and creating tailored training programs for the needs of specific teams/employees.
